How was the pencil that I started using when I was a child made?

Pencil is a pen tool that we need to use during our student years and even in the workplace. How are the pencils we usually use made?

The first step is to use a cutting tool to cut two small wooden strips and make a relatively shallow indentation on one side of the strips. The wooden strips don't actually need to be too thin, as they still need to be polished in the later steps.

Step two, apply strong adhesive to the side of the wooden strip with dents, then place the graphite pen core in the dent and merge the two wooden boards together for bonding. After that, let it sit for an hour and wait for the adhesive to dry completely.

Step three, cut the wooden board into thin pieces again, and then polish it into hexagonal wooden strips.

Step four, apply clear varnish to the polished wooden strip for sealing and increasing gloss, and decorate the other end of the wooden strip with white paint.

Finally, use a pencil sharpener to slice open the other end of the wooden strip, and a wooden pencil is thus completed. Although this process may differ slightly from the manufacturing methods in the factory, the basic manufacturing methods are actually similar.
